1. The customer agrees to purchase digital advertising space with the Business Exchange as specified above.
2. All new accounts shall require advance payment.
3. Ad space must be held with a Credit Card.
4. Payment is due upon ad approval. Payment will be charged to your credit card.
5. The Business Exchange reserves the right to cancel a campaign if the client fails to make payment.
6. The Business Exchange reserves the copyright of all artwork designed by its staff. Reproduction of any kind requires written
consent of The Business Exchange.
7. No contract cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances.
8. The Business Exchange is not responsible for contents of the advertisement after the advertiser approved the design.
9. The Business Exchange reserves the right to revise or reject any advertisement in which it deems objectionable in text or
illustration or detrimental to its business.
10. All late / unpaid invoices will be billed an additional 24% per annum.
11. I understand that I am personally liable for this contracts terms and conditions noted above.
12. Should you decide not to run your campaign and this agreement is sent to collections and/or court, you understand that you will be
responsible for payment on unused campaigns under this contract and payment will be due in full.
13. If this contract is for a corporation, the undersigned acknowledges that they have the authority to bind the company.
14. This agreement is deemed to be entered into the City of Toronto in Ontario, Canada.
